3.2.2 water temperature
Temperature: 5-40 ºC.
3.2 installation and operation conditions
The ultraviolet disinfection device is arranged in the comprehensive water pump room for disinfection of domestic water.
3.3 equipment type and parameters
Water treatment capacity of ultraviolet disinfection device: 10m3 / h, inlet and outlet pipe diameter: DN50.
The ultraviolet disinfection device is composed of ultraviolet sterilization lamp, quartz glass sleeve, water processor cylinder, electric control box and other main components.
The guaranteed service life of sterilization lamp of disinfection device shall be at least 8000 hours.
The device shall be equipped with a time timer to control the actual service time of the sterilization lamp.
4 technical requirements
four point one The design of ultraviolet disinfection device shall meet the requirements of gb8988.
four point two The disinfection device shall be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the technical management procedures.
four point three The ultraviolet irradiated surface of the disinfection device shall be polished.
four point four The working pressure of pressure bearing cylinder shall not be less than 0.60 MPa, and the test pressure shall not be less than 0.90 MPa.
four point five A deflector should be set in the cylinder or box.
four point six The arrangement of the lamp tube shall ensure that the ultraviolet intensity on the ultraviolet irradiation surface is evenly distributed.
four point seven The disinfection device shall be equipped with lamp ignition indication, ignition cumulative time indication or relative indication of ultraviolet radiation intensity.
four point eight The lamp tube shall be separated from water by quartz glass sleeve. The ultraviolet transmittance of 257.7mm quartz sleeve shall be greater than 85%.
four point nine The low-voltage electrical appliances selected for the disinfection device shall meet the technical requirements of corresponding products.
4.10 the disinfection device shall be equipped with inlet and outlet pipes, drainage pipes and sampling pipes. When the disinfection device is inconvenient to place the drainage pipe, it can also be installed on the connecting pipe at the same place as the disinfection device.
4.11 for disinfection device products equipped with new lamps, the measured ultraviolet radiation dose shall not be less than 12000 µ w • s / cm2 (water shall be filled), and the ultraviolet radiation dose measured by normal disinfection devices shall not be less than 9000 µ w • s / cm2.
4.12 when working under the rated disinfection water volume, the bacteriological index of effluent shall meet the requirements of GB5749.
4.13 the materials of disinfection device shall meet the requirements of GB / t17219.
4.14 the head loss of the disinfection device working under the rated disinfection water volume shall be less than 0.005MPa.
four point three Appearance requirements
4.3.1 the equipment surface shall be sprayed evenly with the same color, and the surface shall be free of flow mark, blistering, paint leakage and peeling.
4.3.2 the appearance of the equipment shall be neat and beautiful without obvious hammer marks and unevenness. The panel instruments, switches, indicator lights and signs shall be installed firmly and correctly.
4.3.3 the equipment shell and framework shall be welded firmly without obvious deformation or burn through defects.
4.4 Executive Standards
The design, manufacture, inspection and test of disinfection device shall meet the requirements of relevant national codes and standards, mainly including (but not limited to) the following parts:
