Product Description

MBR reinforced PVDF hollow fiber membrane
Features:
1) High water flux. By modifying PVDF, the hydrophilicity of the membrane is greatly improved, the porosity of the membrane is more than 70%, and the flux of the membrane product is increased by more than 30%.
2) High separation accuracy. The membrane pores are uniform and dense, and it can be controlled within 0.03-0.1 μm separation aperture to ensure the filtration precision.
3) Long service life. The unique embedded braided tube structure has high strength, and effectively eliminates the phenomenon of broken filaments, the unique coating production process makes the membrane tightly combined with the inner braided tube, effectively avoid membrane peeling phenomenon, recoil resistance is greatly enhanced.
4) Strong chemical resistance. It can be more thoroughly chemically cleaned to better solve the problem of membrane fouling, high recovery rate of membrane flux and longer service life.

1. Membrane Biological Reactor
Membrane biological reactor (MBR) is a very new technology applied in the waste
water treatment. In the biological reaction tank, the MBR modules can separate the
clean water from the mixture of activated sludge and waste water directly. Because of
the high effective filtration, the outlet water from MBR modules will be very clean and
transparent. On other hand, the concentration of MLSS (activated sludge) can be
controlled easily by such application, so that the COD removed rate can be more
than >93%.

2. The advantages of the fiber reinforced PVDF membrane MBR module
(1) Inside the membrane, there is a fiber woven hollow built in to reinforce the
membrane in two direction. Finally the membrane will be very strong and it can not be
broken during the application. The broken force will be >50kg for single piece of
membrane.
(2) The good quality of anti-fouling: Because of the special materials and structure of
the hollow, the smooth surface can not be easily fouled during operation.

(4) Quite good filtration precision: Because of the special structure of the PVDF
membrane, the hollow membrane have good quality of precision of filtration.
(5) The membrane can be easily recovered by cleaning washing, such as water

(6) Because of the strength of the membrane, it have very long life on duty.
(7) Because of the quality of PVDF materials, the membrane have good quality for
anti-oxidation.
